Hilco Receivables, LLC completed the acquisition of Sagger Creek Vegetable Company's accounts receivable assets. Sagger Creek is a producer of specialty vegetables for the Foodservice and Retail markets headquartered in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The Sagger Creek business generates annual revenue of approximately $250 million.
Hilco Receivables, LLC was contacted by a large institutional restructuring firm to work on a deal outside of bankruptcy. The Hilco Receivables, LLC team formed a partnership with Del Monte Foods, Inc to help facilitate the deal, and the transaction was completed within 10 business days.
